The North Country Arts Center is sponsoring its first annual STUDIOS TOUR Saturday and Sunday Aug. 9 and 10, 11:00 am - 6:00 pm. Visitors will have the opportunity to meet the participating artists in their studios--in a converted factory, renovated barns, farmhouses, newly designed spaces. They are painters, sculptors, potters, jewelers, photographers, textile, mixed media, and "new rustic" artists who create works of art that are often exhibited and sold beyond the borders of the North Country. From I-87 (the Northway) take Exit 16, head East until you reach the corner of Ballard Rd & Rt 50. The studio is on the left you can't miss the sculptures in the yard.
