                          Thank you!

The 13th annual Colors of Fall Art and Craft Festival on Saturday, September 24, in Crandall Park was the best one yet!

We had a very full day of fantastic music, more vendors than ever before (though we lost a few due to the weather forecast), a diverse showcase of donated artwork and handmade items that were sold via Chinese Auction, many generously donated mums, face painting, spin art, festival food, a visit with hot air balloon pilot Andrew Avon of DarkStar Ballooning, a children's storytime and craft with children's literacy expert Teri Austin and more.

Our vendors sold more this year than in previous years and went home happy - and several vendors who were showing their work in a craft show environment for the first time, who did very well. That's what it's all about!

Big thanks go out to the committee, chaired by Kate Austin-Avon: Erin Coon, Linda Buerkley, Jon Segan, Cie McCullough, and Kim Meade, with Mark Rabin in charge of music. Volunteers included Sean Culligan, Kate Mance, Stefanie O'Brien, Faith St. John, Cory Austin-Avon, Brian LaRock, Kim Blachut, Teri Austin, Esther Renzoni, Matt and Anna Nelson, and Diane Collins.

Our stellar performers, organized by Mark Rabin who also performed, were: Marcusumpa, Gary Moon, Cory Austin-Avon and The Skirts.

Thank you to those who donated items for the Chinese Auction: Katie Kuhn, Paul Chapman, Frank Knight, Raina Hunt, Rhea Love Doran, Dolores Thomson, Fred Holman, Diane Collins, Mary Anne Dolan, Linda Buerkley, Kate Austin-Avon, Adirondack Chandler, Arlene Schiek, Charlene Leary and others.
